單位簡介：

以推動廚餘回收及加強社區參與為宗旨，希望拉近社區內不同持分者與廚餘回收之間的關係，由下以上的共同實踐不同處理廚餘回收的方法，抹走普遍大眾對廚餘的負面印象。

「好多市民第一下聽到廚餘嘅時候，會諗起嗰陣臭味、負面嘅印象，我哋想將呢件事教育成一件好嘅事。」

Through collaborative effort and an innovative approach, we strive to change the public perception of food waste recycling and to create a more sustainable community. 

“Many people associate “food waste” with unpleasantness. Our goal is to educate and change this perception into something positive.”
