DESCRIPTION:我們都身處於科技時代，充滿可能性亦同時充滿不確定性；非主流行業固然需要找尋拓展的機會，主流行業亦需要適應時代變化。對於培育青年而言，教育及職志發展的地景大幅改變，青年職志發展型態也不再一樣，雖然青年發展職業的門檻變得相當高，但他們亦充滿潛能，面對自身以及處境的限制及機會，青年如何想像未來？應該如何幫助他們擁有及發展屬於他們的選擇。 \n青少年是“互為彼此的存在”：今天充滿危與機的新時代中，社群中每個人都同樣面對挑戰，彼此息息相關，因此，探討青年職志發展，除了關注青年如何入行、努力工作等，這節分組演講將視野從個人層面、伸展至社群層面：創路不單是青年個人的事，也是整個社會重要的任務。出路，往往在於人與人、行業之間彼此打開界限，互惠彼此的資源。演講嘉賓將會分享及探討在科技時代下，互為彼此的發展理念及經驗，探索青年與社會不同持份者彼此互惠、共同為行業創造可能性、開拓大家都可以生存的出路，為彼此帶來希望。這將會回蝕青年職志發展，在社群中找到屬於自己的位置、參與並實踐自我。 \nWe are all living in the age of technology\, filled with possibilities and uncertainties. Non-mainstream industries certainly need to seek opportunities for expansion\, while mainstream industries also need to adapt to the changes of the times. When it comes to nurturing youth\, the educational and career development landscape has undergone significant changes\, and the patterns of youth career development are no longer the same. Although the threshold for youth to develop careers has become quite high\, they are also full of potential. Faced with limitations and opportunities in their own lives and circumstances\, how do young people imagine the future? How can we help them have and develop their own choices? \nYoung people are “mutually interconnected beings”: In today’s new era filled with challenges and opportunities\, everyone in the community faces similar challenges and is interconnected. Therefore\, when exploring youth career development\, in addition to focusing on how young people enter the workforce and work hard\, this seminar will broaden the perspective from the individual level to the community level. Creating paths is not only a personal matter for young people but also an important mission for the entire society. The way forward often lies in opening up boundaries between individuals and industries\, mutually benefiting from each other’s resources. The guest speakers will share and explore the concept and experiences of mutual development in the age of technology\, exploring how youth and different stakeholders in society can mutually benefit and create possibilities for the industry\, and open up paths for everyone to survive\, bringing hope to each other. DESCRIPTION:許多統計數據及研究反映的青少年精神狀況令人關注，儘管專業人士和服務機構致力於解決青少年心理健康問題，但情況仍令人擔憂。究竟現況出現什麼問題？一直以來，探討青少年相關議題主要從個人層面、缺失或不當行為等角度切入，著重於青少年自身的特徵和行為。然而，青少年是生存於的關係網絡中，面對與其他人的關係，都對他們的自我發展和心理健康有著顯著影響。 \n除了傳統的服務和治療方法外，從「關係為本」導向去理解造成青少年精神健康的核心原因是至關重要的。青少年作為「互為彼此的存在」（Relational Being），在發展真實自我和身份的同時，與他人建立有意義的關係是培養身心健康的基礎，然而互動過程中很多時產生衝突或壓力，甚至彼此傷害、循環不息。本分組演講嘉賓將會討論影響青少年心理健康的複雜因素，分享他們如何理解家庭、學校和社交媒體等重要系統對青少年精神健康的影響和挑戰，探討在現今處境下培育青少年整全自我、身心靈健康發展的策略，回應青少年的需要。 \nNumerous statistics and researches reveal the concerning rise in mental illness among young people\, despite the increase in professionals and services dedicated to addressing youth mental health concerns. Generally\, youth topics have often been approached from an individualistic\, deficiency or mal-behavior-based perspective\, focusing on the characteristics and behaviors of young people themselves. However\, youth are embedded within entangled relationship networks which significantly influence their self-development and mental wellness. Apart from conventional services and treatments\, it is crucial to understand the core reasons on the relational-based approach\, behind youth mental illness. Youth\, as the relational being\, who thrive on developing their true selves and identities meanwhile establishing meaningful relationships with others. This session aims to facilitate a deeper understanding of the complex factors impacting adolescents’ mental wellness. Various professionals come to share their views on the profound influence and challenges of various important systems\, such as family\, peers\, and school\, on youth mental wellness. SUMMARY:與青少年同在，互為彼此的成長之旅 (Here\, Nurture Youth as Relational Being)
DESCRIPTION:身處科技網絡時代中，以至社會文化及情勢急劇變遷下，青少年的自我發展、學習成長均面對危機挑戰。“我們應該如何培育青少年？” 一直是青少年工作者的提問，探討這問題以先，需要首先理解青少年作為人的本質是什麼：是“互為彼此的存在”（Relational being)。人是生存在複雜的關係網絡中， 與人、自然、世界彼此互惠結連，彼此塑造。青少年正是建構自我及身份的重要人生階段，透過與人與世界的互動，從而構建自我。每個人具備獨特性，同時標示著彼此差異，令建構自我（獨特性）與結連他人兩者任務之間充滿張力、衝突。因此，我們需要學習為自己、為他者在結連中製造空間，彼此承擔、互相造就，讓青少年構建自我、追求人生意義。 \n主題演講將會從 “關係為本” 的視點理解及探討青少年成長，包括青年工作者應該期望青少年成長為怎樣的人，當今天面對人際關係及社會處境種種挑戰時，應該建立怎樣的環境，讓青少年即使在困境中仍看見希望、開展自己的未來。 \nIn the midst of the technological and digital era\, as well as rapid social\, cultural and even international changes\, the adolescents encounter the unprecedented crisis and challenges to live and develop. “How should we nurture adolescents?” has always been the question asked by youth workers. Before exploring the answer\, it is critical to first understand the essence of adolescents as human beings\, which is “relational beings”: individuals who exist within a complex network of relationships. Humans are interconnected with one another\, with nature\, and with the world\, mutually shaping and influencing one another. Adolescence is a crucial period for constructing one’s self and identity\, and it is through interactions with others that the self is formed. Importantly\, each person is unique\, which simultaneously signifies diversities among individuals. It inevitably provokes tension and conflicts between the tasks of constructing the self (uniqueness) and connecting with others. Therefore\, we need to learn how to create space within these connections for ourselves and others\, as well as to mutually accept and benefit each other\, allowing adolescents to construct their own selves and pursue the meaning of life. \nThe keynote speech will approach and explore the development of adolescents from a “relational-based” perspective.
